Deerfield Farms is a small cozy residential subdivision located in Macomb Township, Michigan. We are a subdivision of 52 houses located close to the intersection of 22 Mile and Card Road.Deerfield Farms is a subdivision supported with rules and restrictions in which every resident must adhere to. These rules are meant to maintain general astetics and to maintain the property values of all homes contained within. Owning a home in Deerfield Farms makes you a member of the established Home Owners Association. This association is managed by a board of directors whom are elected by the residents to volunteer their time to manage the duties involved with an association.
